Elopement at the Amauris Hotel

in Vienna

"Something blue, something borrowed" was the theme of the elopement my colleague Alexandra Dogar and I planned in Vienna end of April. We came up with a modern concept with blue accents and with the help of many great suppliers, the shoot was realized.

The newly opened luxury hotel The Amauris Vienna was the perfect location for the elopement. The combination of modern interior design and Viennese glamor matched our vision perfectly. The bride and groom got ready in the opera suite, which offers a direct view on the State Opera. They wore fluffy bathrobes and after a round of chess they had an espresso on the balcony, overlooking Vienna's Ringstrasse.

Loveglow Bridall provided a short wedding dress by Milla Nova, which we paired with silver earrings from kj. Atelier and shoes from Michael Kors. To complete the look, make-up artist Elena Meraru created a glowing make-up look for the bride. The groom, on the other hand, wore a black, elegant tuxedo from Grandits Men‘s Fashion.

The couple's shoot took place in the hotel itself and we then headed to the newly renovated Parliament. The stunning Greek architecture was the perfect backdrop for the photos. Many thanks to everyone for the great collaboration!
